Ætherdeck Advertising – Again (AAA)

And here’s another advertisement render for the custom set of poker called “Ætherdeck” cards I am creating with friends. This time we wanted to communicate the price (which is 9 Euro, as you may have guessed). This was again done in Cinema 4D and rendered in Octane. I was asked what the strange diagonal lines are. Those are in fact reflections of the rooms ceiling (or, to be more precise: the room hdri I used to light the scene). Space Patrol

A render done in Cinema 4D with Octane. The spaceship shown is the “Orion VII” from the mid-sixties german science fiction show “Raumpatrouille”, which roughly translates to “Space Patrol”. The ship mesh is not by me, I found it around 2004 online, but lost the information on who did it. I you are the one please contact me, so I can credit you.

Ætherdeck Advertising

This is a render of a steampunk-themed poker deck I created with some friends. The "Ætherdeck" contains characters that are from the fictional works of german author Anja Bagus. The character design was done by Ari Baker, the card and package design is by me. This was a render in Cinema 4D using Octane (and some retouches in Photoshop) to advertise the "Ætherdeck" weeks before we had the real thing in hand.
